Shipping Times:

Item shipping times depend on whether the item is in stock or is something made to order.

Most in stock items ship within 72 hours of being received.  Most made to order items ship 5 (five) business days from the day the order is received.  

However, please see individual listings for shipping times and specfic information.

Refunds and Returns:

There is a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no visible signs of wear or use, and in its original packaging. 

Email to start your return.  Please include the reason for your return and your name/order#. If you received the wrong the item or a damaged item, please include that information in your email. If the item was damaged, be specific about what damage there is to the item/packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If more than 15 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot accept item unless it is defective and in that case please contact me at . Items that have become damaged from normal use can not be returned. 

Unfortunately, custom or sale items cannot be returned.  If you have an issue with a custom made item, please email so that we may reach a solution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through the method used for the original purchase.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
