Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping

 I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery 

 Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns.

 Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations for non-customized orders are accepted unless the item has shipped. I cannot cancel shipped items.

Custom items can be cancelled within eight-hours of the order.  Custom items cannot be cancelled after eight hours.

Shipping times are estimates.  I make every effort to ship in a timely manner.  Unfortunately, once an item is with the shipping carrier, I do not control what happens.  Inclement weather, power outages, holiday rushes, etc will affect delivery times.
